TNI (pilot program)
This program supports adult men and women re-entering society after incarceration by providing hands-on job training, life skills development, and mentorship. Participants gain practical experience, financial literacy, communication skills, and personal growth strategies to help them stabilize, build confidence, and reintegrate successfully into their communities. Through structured guidance and accountability, the program empowers individuals to overcome barriers, embrace purpose, and create a sustainable path toward independence and fulfillment.
Bridge Buddies
A Re-entry Adult and Re-entry Juvenile Partnership is a mentoring-based work skills program that pairs an adult who is rebuilding life after incarceration with a young person re-entering the community from the juvenile justice system. Together, they engage in hands-on training, job readiness activities, and personal development, fostering accountability, teamwork, and hope. This partnership not only equips both individuals with marketable skills but also nurtures mutual encouragement, breaking cycles and building a shared path toward purpose and productivity.
